What do you expect from a fitness instructor?
A fitness instructor would have my details on file, would have assessed me and my needs, would have created a plan for me to use with an end goal of increased fitness.
What do you expect from a personal trainer?
A personal trainer would give me individualised attention, know who I am, know what my goals are, formulate a plan to get to my goals for fitness, health and diet.
A personal trainer would support and encourage me and make me persevere and 'turn up' when I don't feel like it.
